the services and the products.
Conceptual Skills: -
These involve the
talents managers’ gift in terms of the data and
skill for abstract thinking and formulating ideas. The
manager is in a position to examine a whole conception,
analyze and diagnose a retardant,
and notice inventive solutions. This helps the manager to
effectively predict hurdles their department or the business as an
entire might face.
Human or Social Skills: -
The human or
the social skills are the
talents that gift the managers’ ability to move, work or
relate effectively with folks. These skills change the
managers to create use of human potential within
the company and inspire the staff for higher results.

DeleteA recent meeting the local chairperson for CIMA informed that they only concerned about skills and attitudes when doing some requirements to their office. However, it is a very difficult task for an HR manager to identify these skills at first. Once identified, it is a matter of developing those skills benefit for the individual and the organization. Good one!
